How each of us perceives reality and our environment is a matter of perception. We see the world, the people around us, and the events that affect us through our own eyes and this is affected by our personal knowledge and experiences. The same goes for our patients, colleagues and the other health professionals with whom we interact. Through concrete examples drawn from various pharmaceutical situations, this conference will examine the complexity of interpersonal communication and the importance of understanding and respecting the reality of our interlocutors to ensure quality communication.
